This batch of songs was recorded at home alone on a rare occasion of peace and solitude. The strong desire to be productive given the opportunity overrode any doubts or lack of motivation I'd been struggling with.

After losing my dad in December of 2021, I began to look at my life differently and also began to question my reasons for continuing as Grim Deeds. I haven't quite arrived at any answers, but this reflective period has definitely marked a transition for me in ways that can be heard clearly in this batch of songs.

Whatever the future holds is unclear. Whatever we do now is what matters. Thanks to everyone who has supported me over the years.
